As a customer, the first free ad you place will allow you to set a password for logging into zumfish.com. At the bottom of the screen, while posting your first ad, you'll notice it asks for your email address (to be used to login later) and a password (which you make up at this time). It is important to note that this password is unique to zumfish, and you can make up any password you wish at this time. Please make sure it is secure and you can remember it. If you do forget it you can have it emailled to you anytime, as well once logged in you can change it whenever you wish.

We do not provide any vendor or anyone else with any of your information including your email address, that is strictly for zumfish's use to send you and Activation Link and Access Code. All responses will be sent through the zumfish system for your confidential viewing. The only way for a vendor to receive your information is for you to voluntarily provide it directly to the vendor, and that should only be done once you're comfortable with the vendor and want to provide that information.

You may wish to continue writing through the zumfish confidential response system, you may choose to visit their store or showroom, have them visit your home, phone them, or anything you prefer. zumfish is there to make the introduction and give you a tool to correspond with vendors, how you complete the transaction is completely up to your discretion.
You simply click the "Login" button, from there enter the email you provided when you listed your ad, as well as your confidential Access Code we sent to your email the first time you used zumfish. Next click "Login" beside your Access Code and you'll see your present ads. Click on an ad to see the vendors' responses and click on any response to see the vendors full information and to write back to the vendor. Feel free to use zumfish to write back and forth to vendors as often as you wish until you're comfortable to deal direct with the vendor.
